No noise during assembly and striking using PERI GRIDFLEX slab system
The project is part of the Foundation of the Tokyo Welfare Association and aims to increase social welfare for dock workers. The building contains a clinic, single-room accomodations for dick workers as well as the head office of the association.

The jobsite lies in midst of residential area, so avoidance of noise was an important issue from the very beginning of the construction. We were especially looking for a countermeasure against the massive noise disturbance caused by dismanteling of conventional slab formwork through pipes and props flying to the ground.
We used the GRIDFLEX method, because it does not cause such noise during dismanteling and it ensures a safe and speedy assembly.
