The intended end-usage of this building is to be used as a warehouse of wholesale procurement of books.
This building design is the hybrid structure, which we can take advantage of each steel structure and concrete structure.

Mr. Hitoshi Sakaki
Executive Director
We could get used to the new system formwork after only 2-3 cycles. The orininally planned construction schedule of three days could be shrunk down to only one day.
Due to more reuses of the system formwork labor efficiency as well as cost efficiency could be increased. We could realize substiantial benefits compared to the conventional construction method.
We are very satisfied with PERI's accurate support concerning all kind of concrete calculations and the perfect final construction result.
